Social Content Management Platform: A Success Story
We faced a significant challenge when tasked with developing a content management platform (CMS) that could launch campaigns for traffic and email acquisition across multiple brands. The platform had to cater to over 36 brands operating in 12 countries, each with multiple users and administrators possessing varying levels of technical expertise.

The Solution: Building SMART CMS
To address this challenge, we built an in-house Software as a Service (SaaS) based CMS. This platform, known as SMART, was designed to facilitate the collaborative design and launch of responsive social applications. SMART featured a user-friendly WYSIWYG editor, similar to a SaaS version of Dreamweaver, which allowed stakeholders with diverse technical backgrounds to quickly build social apps. Additionally, SMART included a showcase gallery where the Global Social Media team could display all their past projects and functionalities.

Technical Foundation
SMART was built on the Laravel PHP framework and leveraged a range of technologies, including Angular, Twitter Bootstrap, MySQL, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Facebook and Twitter APIs, and Gigya Social Sign-On. This robust foundation enabled seamless integration with various social channels and ensured scalability and reliability.
