I’m very, very fortunate to have the opportunity to travel around the world thanks to my role with Flight Centre Travel Group. Yet all the travels in the world can’t beat camping in northern Ontario with family and good friends, my dogs, campfire sing-a-longs, and food cooked on an open pit. The photo below is my good friend Steve cooking up the herb burgers I made for the gang. At the risk of breaking into a food post, burgers are best when it’s kept simple; meat and herbs (basil, chives, and garlic) from my garden, that’s it.
